The Momentum Training Series is designed to challenge your strength, endurance and fitness, while keeping things fun and enjoyable. It is perfect for those who are burned-out, tired of feeling beat-up and are looking to enjoy training again.
This is a well-rounded, effective strength and conditioning programme that will build you up, not break you down and while the primary goal isn’t to achieve new personal records, many people do by simply buying-in.
TIME TO BUILD, NOT BREAK
The Momentum Training Series is 12-weeks of ready-to-go programming designed to build you up, not break you down.
Learn new movements, refine classic lifts combined with smart conditioning and delivered by a coach with 20 years experience of getting people to look and feel the way they want, where others have failed.
The Momentum Training Series runs periodically throughout the year. Registration opens for 1-week prior to the programming kicking off.
The programme is delivered via the Truecoach app/software. Once you’ve signed up, you will be sent log-in details and will full access to the fantastic software for the duration of the programme.
No, you will only be able to access the software while you are in the programme, but you will receive a daily email containing that day’s workout which you can keep.
Momentum Training Series is a group program, so by nature it cannot take you as far as a programme built specifically for you in terms of focusing on your specific needs and goals. Our bespoke coaching begins with an in-depth consultation and assessment period, working one on one with a Forbes Performance coach who will then design a unique programme for you.

If you’re missing one or two things feel free to sub as you see fit or reach out to the coaches for assistance; many participants do the programme in home gyms, globo gyms, or hotel gyms, substituting as needed while keeping the intended stimulus of the movement in mind. Don’t let lack of equipment become an excuse – keep moving, because a few missing pieces won’t matter in the long run.
