DAN FORBES

I believe that everybody and every body is different.

In almost two decades of coaching, I have been fortunate to help athletes to perform on the international stage, transformed office workers to fitness models, been a featured expert in international publications like Men’s Fitness and helped hundreds of people realise their goals.

In that time I’ve realised that no two people are the same. No two people have exactly the same motivators, situations, backgrounds or personality. The way clients respond to different training methods differ. Everybody and every body is different

My programmes are created to suit the individual needs and preferences of my client. For me coaching is about listening and taking evidence based principles before blending them with a healthy dose of the client’s personality, schedule and  background to come up with a plan that’s as unique as they are.

It’s allowed me to help hundreds of people. People just like you.

JAKE DOWNES

I have learned from some of the best our industry has to offer. It serves to fuel my passion in my job of coaching others, where I am able to learn and apply strength-training principles.

I’m a competitive powerlifter in the 66kg weight class, I’m a trainer with 6 years experience during which time I have learned from some of the best our industry has to offer; world record holders such as Andy Bolton, Konstantin Pozdeev and Chad Wesley Smith of Juggernaut Training Systems.

I’ve always enjoyed competition and powerlifting enables me to fulfil my desire to lift heavy and compete. It serves to fuel my passion in my job of coaching others, where I am able to learn and apply strength-training principles.

Outside of powerlifting I enjoy getting out into the mountains on my bike or catching up on the latest DC comics has to offer whilst brewing up a posh coffee (always with a donut along side).
