I approached Dan originally for a mini holiday cut. I was so shocked (and pleased) to lose over 3kg in 5 weeks!! I’ve had PT’s and coaches previously and never seen results like this before! Not only that, I actually managed to increase my upper body strength at the same time. Going from 1-2 pull ups to 6 pull ups and now weighted pull ups. NEVER thought I would be performing weighted pull ups for reps!
Dan’s knowledge is first class! Any questions and he has a valid scientific explanation for it. I would 100% recommend Dan as a coach or PT. He listens to EXACTLY what you want in training and tailors it very skilfully to suit your life, a true professional in his trade.
